What is the Maricopa County Library Council
(MCLC)?
MCLC is a non-profit collaborative group of many
library systems in the Maricopa County area. Its purpose is to share
information, to promote innovative responses to common problems, and
to develop cooperative activities among libraries in Maricopa
County. The membership is open to public, academic, school, and
special libraries. Our current membership consists primarily of
public and academic libraries.
What is the Continuing Education Committee?
MCLC activities are carried out by a
number of committees. The Continuing Education Committee is
responsible for providing relevant, quality programming and
workshops for library professionals as well as paraprofessionals.
